Twitter Tuesday: C.J. Nitkowski

Back before "Twitter Tuesday" was re-launched, I knew I could count on C.J. Wilson and C.J. Nitkowski to help fill the page.

So, naturally, after highlighting Wilson last week, this week, let's all follow Nitkowski!

The former big league pitcher is unemployed for the first time since being drafted ninth overall in the 1994. Currently, his twitter feed reads like the makings of a sitcom about a former big league pitcher who is unemployed for the first time since being drafted ninth overall in the 1994.

SAMPLE TWEETS:

10 yr old receives high praise on puppet show from teacher. Wife suggests maybe he should be a puppetier as an adult. Every dad's dream.

My wife just tried to get me to watch 'Glee'. There's 30 seconds of my life I'll never get back.

Bathroom is supposed to be my sanctuary. Children, please stop yelling non-essential questions to me.

Aerated my lawn today. Then my daughter asks me if it was a good idea because "it looks worse now."

Wife tells me "foreplay begins outside the bedroom." What the heck does that mean? I hate Oprah.

Takahashi Saito wearing my old number 40 for the Atlanta Braves. I guess they're not retiring it.

I hope you're taking notes Phil Rosenthal!

BallHype: hype it up!
